Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a global non-profit organization that empowers young active citizens aged 18 to 40 to create positive change in their communities, workplaces, and the world.
Founded in 1915, JCI has grown into a worldwide network spanning more than 100 countries, with hundreds of thousands of members committed to leadership development, social responsibility, and sustainable impact.
